Terrible customer service. I called the receptionist to schedule an appointment because I had teeth pain. She said that they are not accepting new patients (which is okay), I told her they were the only dentists covered by my insurance and she just did not want to listen to anything I had to say. She shoowed me away and told me to just call another dentist that is out of my network and she hung up the phone on me while I was talking with her.

When they do start accepting new patients, I will not go there. I knew there was nothing she could do since they were not accepting new patients, but the attitude and the hanging up the phone on the potential new customer was very unprofessional. When they do start accepting new patients, I will still not go there due to the very inappropriate service that I received.

As someone who's been on state insurance, I know it's a major frustration and pain to find a dentist that can accept that insurance. It's not the dental office's problem, it's an insurance system problem. And so I have paid out of pocket as long as I can remember to get dental care.

This dental office is very helpful, professional, and kind to work with. I see some poor reviews from several years ago on here, which I simply do not understand! I guess some folks were just having a bad day.

I had a surgical procedure coming soon and was advised by my doctor that I could not see a dentist for six months after my procedure. I went to my dentist and during my clean they found a few cavities. Understatement, LOL. They fit me in the following day and fill all my cavities. Knowing how hard it is to get into see a dentist just for a checkup. I am very grateful. Thank you.

I will say in the past I had some issues with the customer service. . . . Not that they were not nice but I felt like I couldn't work with them. . .

However the past couple years I couldn't ask for anything better!! They are very good at helping me figure things out and schedule things accordingly. . . All the ladies/gentlemen here are super AWESOME and they really do go above and beyond to get us where we need to be. . Also Kindness and understanding go a LONG way with me and they are really good at both!! Very friendly and empathetic atmosphere 🥰
