My mom had all her teeth extracted at this dentist earlier this week. The experience was horrible from start to finish. She walked in and the reception was beyond rude and said she “wasn’t ready for her,” but quickly ushered my mom to the back to obtain payment for the procedure. They started the procedure and my mom cried and went to wipe her tear. The dentist LITERALLY smacked her arm, and yelled at my mon saying she had sharp objects in her hand. My mom had every single tooth in her mouth extracted. She said the gas had zero effect on her and questioned if real gas was even used. The procedure was so quick maybe 40 minutes tops when they told her and us it would be 1-1.

5 hours in length. They rushed her out after all the teeth were extracted. They didn’t even bother to walk her out. They sent her home with only TWO pieces of gauze. We had over an hour drive and she was bleeding out of her mouth profusely. Her after care instructions were printed from a machine that was clearly running very low on ink. We could barley make it out. They gave her only 4 low dose pain meds, that she had to beg for.

Her healing dentures have caused her nothing but grief. It all made us feel very uncomfortable. The dentist and staff treat their patient’s like cattle, and do the absolute bare minimum to collect an insurance check. To have all your teeth extracted is a very sensitive and traumatic event. This place treats their patient’s very inhumane, and makes them only feel worse when they are already in a vulnerable position. TERRIBLE dental office, with very rude and unprofessional staff. Stay away from this place, if you know what’s good for you.

This dental office never seems to get anything right the first time. I have had to get multiple fillings pulled because it was done poorly the first time. Now my step mom goes there to get 26 teeth pulled in one sitting and they tried telling her she wouldn't need pain medication or antibiotics. Days later bone shards start coming up she clearly had an infection days after which required a trip to hospital and a piece of bone is still sticking directly out of her gums that is still attached to her jaw . She is the most miserable I have ever seen.

It's been 6 weeks she should be able to get dentures by now and move on with her life but like always this place doesn't care they don't even care to answer the phone or even return calls! I wouldn't even recommend this place to a child who is about to loose their baby teeth. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst my enemy. . . well.

. . maybe. Please take my advice and go to somewhere that cares, or recommend them to someone you'd like to see suffer

My mom was just in and had all of her teeth extracted and they didn't even send her home with enough gauze. She was literally bleeding all over herself halfway home. She's already going through a traumatic experience and you can't even send her home with enough gauze?!? Then to only to prescribe 4 pain pills?!?!? All of her teeth were removed. .

I'm so disgusted and disappointed. I'm just hoping her recovery is better than the procedure.

Brought my kid in for a cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My kid has a problem with going to the dentist. He was able to sit through his entire appointment. Would recommend.
