It’s a great place and great very great staff. From the reception to the technicians and the drs. Dr Molly and Dr Kendall are the best. They are very patient and very knowledgeable. They do a great job. Them and the staff are very accommodating, very helpful and caring.

They did a good job with my very elderly parents and my mom’s dementia. I trust them. And I would recommend them to anyone and anytime. Thanks to everyone there and good job. Love you all!

I was a patient of Dr Woeller she is excellent dentist and I highly recommend her. It breaks my heart to find out that she is no longer my dentist I am so sorry that I have lost such an amazing dentist. staff is second to none and I actually look forward going to the dentist from the front desk to the patient's chair they are 100% a class act I will miss you guys

Dr. Waller and her assistant (really wish I could remember her name) were a god send to me. From making sure I understand and know what to expect, to the bedside manner of the assistant during my procedure. Couldn't be more thankful for a great experience, and now great teeth!! 🙌

If you have a child with sensory issues or anxiety, look elsewhere. Let me preface this by stating that before the appointment was scheduled, it was documented that my child has the above mentioned issues. My child has been seen by a dentist before, but this was her first time getting a filling. She was nervous, but my wife and I spent plenty of time reassuring her that it will be okay, and the dentist would be gentle. The dentist she ended up having was unprofessional, inconsiderate, impatient and uncaring. My child cried from the pain from the novocain needle, so I don't think they used enough numbing cream beforehand. My child said "ow" and "it hurts" multiple times during the procedure.

I was holding my kid's hands through this, telling her that it's okay, she's doing good, and it's almost done. Midway through the procedure, the dentist stops and says "I am going to put in a referral for pediatric care due to cooperation, or lack thereof. " They were snarky and their tone was agitated -- And then I never saw the dentist again, only the assistant. If you cannot handle a special needs child, do not start a procedure with them in the first place. Or, if you need additional assistance during the procedure, ask the parent/guardian -- we cannot read your mind. I got the referral but it was an open referral, and was very generic. No follow up conversation to mention what work was actually done, what still needed to be completed, how long numbing would last, when my child could eat again, what foods to avoid, things to look out for (swelling, infections, etc).

Again, this was the first filling for my child and I'm not a dentist, so I don't know what to look for in kids and I don't like being a Google doctor. I waited another 10 minutes in the lobby until I asked for the dentist to come back at the front desk, since I had questions. They didn't return, but the assistant did. They were helpful, provided the answers I needed, and luckily we will be referred to another dentist. Edit: Initial review bumped to 2/5 stars from 1/5 due to the assistant being helpful.
