I filled out the forms online before I arrived and only sat in the waiting room for 2 minutes! My first visit here and I was a nervous wreck but the Dr.'s genuine kindness eased my mind and his awesome skills allowed him to easily remove my broken tooth and I felt no pain. Truly exceptional.

Edit: please, future clients be careful with this place! An absolutely lie! First of all, my retainer was not old! It was replaced just a couple of years ago! Secondly, who cares where I had my braces and a retainer in the past? Clients come for services not judgments how they react in discomfort, where they had their dental work done previously and the most important WHERE THEY COME FROM! Thirdly, my retainer was broken completely at your place which put me in a situation to get a new one right now. It was intact when I came to your place! I could floss, brush my teeth and all was fine. I do not buy this story that it was already compromised.

I was speaking with fully controlled emotions not a slightly raised voice unlike the doctor who was visibly angry and had a pressuring/confronting voice! In general, his tone of voice and his body language were intimidating! I am 36 and I am Dutch and had multiple dental/orthodontical experiences in the past in different countries and never came across a dentist like this one! Patients are not peaces of meat, humans have their personal spaces and have full rights to give feedbacks on how they want to be treated, what is important for them etc. in a polite manner which made sure was the case! This phrase "calm down, I know what I am doing" was said 15 seconds after I saw you for the first time!!!! Lastly, I did ask something to be done (and somehow repairing it came to my mind). After such "cleaning" I had two metal bars sticking right into my month! It would have been impossible to eat or even talk without potentially injuring my tongue! This place needs to do better! Verbally attacking patients in person and online is not a good business foundation! Save yourself time and money! There are plenty of amazing dentists with excellent bedside manners! Wishing everyone reading the best holiday coming! I had a horrible experience last week! While doing a regular teeth cleaning my retainer was broken by a hygienist! Dr.

Trung kept claiming it was compromised but the fact was I came in with an intact retainer and left with a broken one. No apologies but instead a pressure to remove it a full denial as well as making false claims regarding my emotional states in a very rude and pressuring way! Never in a million year I could have imagined being in such a situation at the dentist! Any comments/feedback/jokes are not accepted well! The literal answer was "CALM DOWN, I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING"!

I had another great experience at the Northpark Dental office. Dr. Trung did a wonderful job on my filling and fixed a chipped tooth with great care. I am always impressed by the team’s professionalism and kindness, as they work with my insurance to ensure that I receive the best possible care.

They are very accommodating and go above and beyond. The welcoming atmosphere makes me feel at ease during my visits and their follow up communications are appreciated as well as their openness to my questions before and after my visits. Amazing team and I highly recommend their exceptional dental care!

I have been a patient of Dr. Babor's for almost one year now. I value her judgement and her kind, personable approach to dentistry. A local competitor dentist, 3 years ago, suggested 2 rear adjoining molar extractions and an implant on one. I waited it out.

I had intermittent mild pain for 3 years, treatable with ibuprophen. Dr. Babor recommended a root canal on one of the two, and I couldn't be happier! No more discomfort in that area and she saved 2 functional teeth! I highly recommend Dr. Babor!
