Dentist Hygienist Christina is absolutely amazing. I feel like I got the care I deserve from her she’s very pleasant and has great bedside manner. She is undoubtedly great at what she does. Her professional is unmatched and she does thorough job.

This place needs to do better. Had an appointment april 24th with a np named Jessica baker. From the moment I was taken in the back you could tell this lady either hated her life or just hated this job. I was having problems with a bloody nose. She never even put a finger on me just rushed me out the door with several prescriptions none of which I needed. Then I wasn't even told I was done with the appointment no checking out nothing just walked through a door back into the lobby.

Still having bloody noses and didn't no where to turn now it's June made an appointment at methodist and immediately they cauterize my right nostril. I will never return to a northshore again after that cold callous experience. Be warned. .

There needs to be better communication at the front desk and by the Doctor. My appointment was great on Monday, but to not inform me that the Doctor will be out the rest of the week, is very frustrating. I have paperwork that needed to be completed for my employer. The doctor specifically told me that once I received it, to bring it in.

Not once did anyone tell me that she would be absent the rest of the week. Work on communication skills.

I been a Northshore patient for over 10 years , used to be fast I’ll get there 10 mnts before my appointment they will call me in if aything 5 mnts over my appointment time , I was a happy patient at this clinics for 10 yrs . this last 2 months I had 3 different appointments for different areas , and I had to wait for the first appointment 1. 5 hours after my appointment, didn’t think too much of it I figure well doctor was late oh well it happens , then for my other appointment 45 mnts went by when I had to tell them I need to leave because I was gonna be later for work and I could hear the doctor just went inside to see the patient next door so I know it was gonna take at least other 20 mnts before see me .

Then yesterday I went back after rescheduling from my last appointment that I had to leave because of them taking too long . This time I stay and I waited 50 mnts!!! And my visit as usual takes less than 10 mnts , is frustrating that you make an appointment planning to be there on time and to be seen with a considerable time to end up waiting that long ! Now my son has dentist appointment this Friday , I’m pulling him out of school and then I’m going back to work now I’m not sure how the long will be probably not as fast as usual, this is very upsetting ! I was told by a nurse that now they taking walks in , so now they are like any other clinic and expect to have to wait as they have walk ins , no point of making appointment you might be better at showing up since they don’t respect your time or have consideration about you having other things to do and that is why you make an appointment. Now they care about numbers not quality, no wonder a lot of doctors and my kids pediatrician has left .

Now let’s talk about how I had an ultrasound done and I had to wait 2. 4 weeks because doctor was out for vacation, waiting to know if there is something wrong it’s the worst thank God all was good but why not having someone calling you to let you know instead of wait ? The result was they the phone too , I never had a teleheath before so I didn’t know I had to check in for that too so when I callled after seen they didn’t call me and 30 mnts went by I called , the receptionist told me I need it to check in and now everyone is at lunch and I I wanted to wait for them to come back and call me , I said ofcourse I been waiting for weeks for this results yes call me please ! Called took of anything 5 mnts .
