Not the most luxurious dental clinic but when I got my right side wisdom teeth out it was a breeze and my healing process has been incredible! I won’t lie I was VERRRRY hesitant on getting my wisdom teeth extracted here especially after reading the reviews and the office is unorganized but trust when I tell you they do a great job! The assistants are new to being in a dentist office and he’s just making sure everything is done correctly especially as it could effects someone’s health. This doesn’t take away how incredible the assistants are! They can schedule you very fast to get them out which was REALLY nice.

Very professional friendly kind and skill at first I was nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled but the collaboration these guys provided and outstanding teamwork ensured me I was in "All State Good hands 🤲🏾☺️"and they performed Excellent work!!! This place was horrible, I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and unfortunately I did not like the service at all. I still have stuff coming out of my teeth today. I have no clue what is going on and customer service is questionable. I highly recommend you wait four or five months just to go somewhere that is better. Before this place I didn’t mind going to the dentist now I have a fear of going to the dentist. All in all I would write my experience I want out of five for one tooth and a four out of 5 for the other tooth.

Their white times are basically for nonemployed people. Honestly just don’t go there and go somewhere better. To the owners if you would like to comment on this review and question my review I am willing to change it depending on if you can prove my logic in correct. Thank you please don’t call my personal number.

I was recommended here from my Dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed, they had me book for a consult first as I’m on state insurance, that’s fine no big deal. My appointment was for 1:30 and they told me to be there by 1:15 to fill out paperwork, I got there filled out my paperwork and wasn’t pulled back to actually see the doctor until almost 2:30 meanwhile another client proceeded to get into a screaming match with the receptionist about wait times at the desk, they’re a busy place I get it.

They finally pulled me into a room and the doctor started scribbling on forms and shoving them to his assistant who then hands them to me saying sign here, initial this over and over without explaining what the forms or for or allowing me time to read what I was signing which I thought was strange. He then proceeded to tell me that he would only be doing one side at a time as I needed all 4 teeth out so 2 separate surgeries which seemed very odd to me, he told me to book the first surgery for 2 weeks out so he had time to get it approved by my insurance and rushed me out the door, the whole experience was very uncomfortable and rushed after already waiting over an hour to just have a consult with him.

I ended up calling my insurance company and got referred down to Minnesota Dental Surgeons in Bloomington and was so glad I did! I was able to get in with them that very same week, no consult needed and they were able to extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth plus a bonus wisdom tooth I didn’t know I had all in the same procedure hassle free and with as minimal pain as possible. I know it’s a bit of a drive from this place but it’s honestly worth the drive to not deal with the nightmare that my experience at NorthSide was
