I went to check in and they handed me a gift bag immediately for being a new client! I had the pleasure of being helped by a Alyssa she was great! Highly recommend going there! My family and I decided to give this dental practice a try, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience for all three of us. Safe to say, we’ll be going back to our original dentist. To start, the office was not prepared with our insurance information, despite me providing it weeks in advance. My son and I had to wait over 30 minutes while they figured things out. During that time, they asked me to sign off on both of our cleanings for $264 each. I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable signing until insurance was confirmed, but they insisted the signature was just a formality and that I wouldn’t be charged. Still, it didn’t sit well with me. My son’s cleaning went well — they were gentle and thoughtful with him, which I truly appreciated.

My own appointment, however, felt rushed and impersonal. I met multiple staff members but wasn’t sure who was actually responsible for my care. The environment felt unorganized, and I was treated more like a number than a patient. The hygienist didn’t have time to complete my polish and flossing, and said the dentist would finish it. He did a quick polish, skipped the flossing, and sent me on my way. At least I was told both cleanings were fully covered by insurance, and that we wouldn’t owe anything — which was a relief. However, the next day, my husband went in for his cleaning and ended up being there for over 1. 5 hours — 40 minutes of which he spent just waiting in the chair after his X-rays.

Then he was told he owed a balance from my son’s cleaning the day before, even though I had been told that everything was covered 100%. He refused to pay it, and rightfully so. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout all of this was very frustrating. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. Two stars for a clean practice, and their gentle care with my son.

The place is incredibly clean, and the NWDG team is extremely friendly, which makes the whole experience welcoming and that matters when visiting the dentist. They are open and honest with everything from costs of all treatments to dental work going on which is really important. Thanks to Emily for such great care during my visit!

Jared Little

This is a great dentist office. It’s a newer building so everything is clean and neat. The waiting room is nice and has a nice section for the kids. My hygienist and dentist revolve kind and polite and I feel they have everything that a dentist office should have.

If I could give any feedback, it would be nice if they were more friendly. They weren’t unfriendly. I just think it could have be more warm of an atmosphere.
