The staff was very nice. They made me feel like I was at a good place however after getting my dentures they said I looked great and they were happy with the turnout but I couldn't keep them in because they didn't fit right and when I asked to get them fixed I was told they were just fine and I just need more time wearing them but everyone that saw me in dentures also said I didn't look good it was noticeable they were too big. My real teeth weren't even that large.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. I'm sorry 😔

I'm so glad I found Northwest dentists and dentures. I couldn't be happier. Great people from the front desk to the dentist Vallan Charron to the surgeon Jon Martin and all their staff. Thank you for being such caring people

I do not recommend this denturist office. Often the disrespect and lack of care is brushed off but it is very clearly racial discrimination. I was treated poorly by front desk staff and the denturist I had a consultation with (Vallan Charron) was dismissive of my needs and preference for a non-metal partial denture. I went for a consultation in late January and the predetermination was never sent to my insurance until I called again in April.

Even then, my insurance did not receive any request until May. This dental office clearly does not want to service non-white people. So to all decent folks who need dentures, please take your business elsewhere.

I’ve only been here a couple of times, had to bring someone in for dentures. . I however have scheduled three appointments of which I was not able to make due to my current situation with cancer. Each time I had to call and cancel they were so professional and so kind to me.

I’m so looking forward to coming in there to get the beautiful smile that I need and want. Sight unseen I already know I’m in the best hands possible, plus I’m the BIGGEST chicken when it come to dental work due to a horrific situation when I was a child. I must say I’m so excited to finally have booked an appointment. Looking forward to meeting your team🤗
