I highly recommend Northwest Endodontic Specialists. Everyone there was very friendly and caring. They explained everything they were going to do and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. O' Conner successfully did a root canal on my tooth with a crown on it that kept me from losing the tooth!

I went to their office with a pain in mouth, extremely nervous as this was my first procedure outside of cleaning in my mouth. Dr. Odum and his team made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process. His whole team made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered.

I will trust Dr. Odum and his team for any of my or my family’s needs. I felt like I was taken of in a very stressful time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I had my first root canal done recently and dental work gives me anxiety. I was nervous going into my appt but when I saw Dr. Odum he was so patient and explained the entire process start to finish. He kept asking me during the procedure if I was ok and if I needed a break for a minute. Dr.

Odum and the entire staff made the procedure so much easier for me. Not to mention, insurance ended up paying more than we expected and they refunded me the difference between what I initially paid based on my out of pocket estimate. I didn’t even have to make 1 phone call to them when I received my EOB. They processed the refund immediately with no hesitation. This practice is wonderful!
