My primary care Sent me to the wrong place— They wrote my referral for somewhere else… When I finally got to the correct place, they went above and beyond to schedule me properly take me over as a Patient And laughed and joked around On a personal level and made my anxiety ridden experience —- 100% OK!!! I even have one person coming in on their day off too accommodate me!!! Forever grateful !

My four children and I have been visiting this dental office for over 10 years and have loved its transformation. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. After trying many dental offices in northern Michigan, I confidently recommend this one. I also appreciate that students work hands-on with patients, as it ensures their best effort in my dental care.

Horrible customer service from Michael in the billing department. I called to pay a remaining balance on so work I had done, a remaining balance that didn't make sense to me because I pay in full upon the end of each of my visits. I also keep records of all my payments and the account but somehow was still billed again after leaving, when I asked to have this explained she got very frustrated and kept going in a circle until SHE hung up on me. Wow.

The attitude and horrible customer service I received from the billing department was enough to make me never return to this company. Be warned, the price they tell you or even the amount paid in full at the end of service is still subject to change if they decide to bill you more.

I do NOT know what is going on around this facility but the turnaround rate is insane. Aimee Stahl and Jody are who I see are 2 of the most wonderful humans I've ever met in my life. I was informed this morning Jody is leaving. I'm mad. I started to sob right there on the phone. That's how much of a positive impact that woman has on people.

So I am mad. I recently went through a mental health crisis and this woman who had no reason to called and called and called and let me cry and yell and she is going to be a tragic loss. I dont know the reasons she is leaving but if it is financial then I say you pay this lady max amount and keep her. I've been come to this office for a very long time and she is by far the best nurse Aimee has ever had. I dont like that she is leaving. She is what makes me comfortable to come there.

This isn't fair and I feel you should fix this and literally beg her to stay. She is worth every penny and more. Man I sobbed writing this if that tells you how important she is to your facility.
