The procedure itself was breezy. Nurses and Doctors worked well to help me feel comfortable. Though the front desk worker did not make it easy. Information was not properly communicated with me as a patient even after I called a day prior to double check that everything was ready to go on both ends. The older women at the front desk was condescending, unapologetic, overall rude (I was lunged at and did not feel safe nor welcomed), and turned me away with micro aggressions, forcing me to reschedule for a second time.

You don’t get your wisdom teeth out everyday and my experience with this staff member did not create a pleasant memory. I would seek help elsewhere if possible, to avoid demeaning comments from the front desk. I’m sure there are more friendly offices in your network, that tell you what you need to know.

I needed an extraction and was a bit nervous. From the time I made my appointment and checked in the staff couldn't have been kinder. Thank you to Tina, Amanda, Jennifer and Christy in the office. Nikki took me back and made me very comfortable. When Dr Mekhail came in he listened to me and patiently told me what he was doing and he was so calming.

Before I new it the tooth was extracted with no pain. I really appreciate everyone at Northwest Oral Surgeons especially Dr Mekhail. Thank you all so much for your kindness. I Highly recommend this office!

Really great place. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Moll takes his time, thoroughly explains everything that needs to be done, and what to expect afterwards. I've had a few procedures completed here and always feel seen, heard, and important. Bonus that my implants are fabulous! I would recommend Dr. Moll and Northwest oral surgeons to anyone needing oral surgery.

This visit was one of the most stress free dental visits I have ever had. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and patient. The dentist made sure I understood the why of everything he did. I enjoyed this visit. I have had a resident or two go there and they never had a complaint.

This is why I chose to go there for my own dental issue. All of areas and rooms were clean and smelled nice. Over all great experience 👍.
