I was there yesterday for cleaning. I notice the lady that cleaning my teeth is not careful and hit my lips with the brush. I noticed also after she cleaned my teeth she took out the disposable tools at the end, put in the garbage but didn’t wipe or clean the whole thing.

I experienced also that some ladies there is rude and even when answering the phone. The office doesn’t seem professional.

Good if you need work done immediately. Not great if you have anxiety with the dentist. Honestly, I came out from my cleaning feeling shaken. I felt like lifestock in the chair. My cleaning was so incredibly rushed. . .

. the most painful cleaning I've ever had. The dental hygienist kept gagging me with the tools, i had water running down my face, neck, into my armpit, completely overstimulating. At a further appointment the dentist was good and full of empathy, however I believe they are overworking themselves and should slow down. They bribe for good reviews and I've heard of others not being treated fairly after giving an honest review. I love the demeanor of the people who work there but I hate how their work ethic is shooting-themselves-in-the-foot, so to say.

They wanted to pull two of my front teeth for minor chips in them. They wouldn't drill out my old fillings and refill them they wanted to do all root canals. I went to affordable family dental in tumwater to get a second opinion they said I absolutely do not need to do anymore extractions and all the teeth that they wanted to be root canaled can be saved and they are going to fix my chips for free.

Worst dental office ever now I'm kinda wondering if the other teeth needed to be extracted I'm missing four now. I would recommend going to affordable family dental to get honest dental work.
