Very bad experience… but luckily I escaped before they could get me I should’ve read the reviews before wasting my time. Besides the lady at the front desk taking care of the appointments, there’s a few doctors here that are arrogant, sketchy and only interested in going after your wallet. You’re a number and this is a business.

I tried to get my insurance benefits for me and my wife and specifically asked to be informed in case there were any extra costs besides what is covered on my insurance. Soon enough they “can’t guarantee 100% that they’re won’t be any charges…” 😂 I mean… isn’t my insurance plan clear enough for you to determine what’s included and what not? Playing the not 100% guaranteed doesn’t really work with me so after a few back and forth arguing and seeing the type of treatment we were getting and the arrogance by the “dentists” over there I decided to get the hell out of this place. Only after I arrive home and see the reviews here I realized that in the best case scenario I only wasted an hour of my life as opposed of hundreds of dollars.

I was in for a dental cleaning and check up of my dental health. The Dental hygienist Barbara did a fantastic job and was a positive and instructive coach on maintaining my dental hygiene. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful with billing and scheduling. The dentist likewise did a great job on his checkup of my teeth and gums.

Great place. We’re able to accommodate me and get me right in for the dental work needed in order to have cardiac surgery. I felt safe with them. Felt zero pain during the operation. Penny is an excellent communicator and always gets back to you in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

When I had to reschedule my son and I appointment in 6 months, I said I wanted our appointments back to back. The receptionist thought it was a great idea to schedule us at the same time in separate rooms, but I said no I prefer we are in the same room because my son was 3 years old and would be 4 by next appointment. I don’t care who it is, I’m not leaving my son (a minor) to go through his dental session without my supervision. Do I have to explain that he is so small, the reason he behaves so calmly is because I am there with him.

Today I went in for our appointments and they still tried to separate us in different rooms after I already explained when I made the appointment that I want us in the same room. This time I had my newborn with me. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, the other lady waiting to clean my son’s teeth started touching my baby saying she wanted her pacifier. My baby only making noises and babbles, not crying, she was fine.

Then it sounded like she wanted to pick up my baby from my stroller saying she is hot in her coat. I couldn’t relax getting my teeth cleaned until she left the room. Do I need to explain, hey don’t touch other peoples newborn without parents permission! I know when my baby needs me, this is why I insist on keeping my kids with me because I can’t trust any adult.
