My daughter had her first dentist visit today. I was so worried that she was going to be so scared but the staff and Dr. Stevens were so awesome and Kennedy enjoyed herself so much! When we were leaving she said “Mom can I come back??” ❤️❤️🥰🥰 Thank you Northwood Family Dentistry!

I wish I could rate a negative, but I cant. All the ladies in there are awesome, but Dr, Stevens has really dropped the ball for me. Due to his mistake(that was his words) and negligence involving a tooth pull I am now 1 year out still without a front tooth plus it has cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. I am very unhappy with the fact nothing was offered to help with not only the time this has took but all the money that I may not have had to pay had he had my file information correct. In no world is that ok. I am 30 years old with a missing front tooth. Insurance doesn't cover the surgery I had to have because its "elective" though it wasn't to me. .

. I was forced to do it or go without a front tooth. I will never return to this dentist. They are however sending me a $22 bill in the mail. I should write on it to take it out of the THOUSANDS they have cost me and still continue to cost me. Issue after Issue this has been. ONE YEAR still no front tooth.

This office is amazing. My 5 year old was resistant to being seen by the dentist and had refused previous dentists multiple times. Not only did this office manage to clean her teeth, but they were able to fix a cavity. I was impressed with the way the dentist handled my child's care.

They got me in quickly and gave me awsome care. I cannot say enough good about the care I received. I will never go to another dentist.
