Typically love the team, but receptionist was very patronizing. Told me to be better about giving them more of a heads up. Had to cancel due to an emergency, can’t really give a heads up on something that I don’t know is going to happen.

Everyone in the office is very nice. All of the hygienists I have had the pleasure to meet, have been gentle and kind. I originally began seeing Dr. Grant when her office was on SW 9th. Followed her to Norwalk. She and other dentist have always been very professional and made me feel like I was capable hands.

I had an appointment to get x-rays, and I thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned. The dentist took the time to explain all the problems I had with my teeth. And there are a lot. She even mentioned getting some of the work done before the end of the year. And getting more work done after my new insurance starts in January. I'm old and live on a social security check.

I explained that I could not afford to do very much. I mentioned what I would like to have done to make my life a little better. Fix a bad tooth, and fill a couple cavities in the front of my mouth. I told her I need to know how much everything is going to cost before I can commit to anything else. I got a grumpy reply about her spending 8 years in college to get her degree. I wasn't impressed.

I was told that I might be able to get my teeth cleaned around the end of February, or even early March at the earliest. And probably another appointment for the fillings and tooth repair. But nothing was done this year even after I was told that I could probably get started before the end of December. Apparently I don't have enough money to get everything done and I'm not worth their effort to do what I can afford. Why waste a perfectly good dentists chair for a couple fillings, when someone with more money will be in shortly? Very disappointed.
