My daughter got her braces off last month and her teeth are beautiful! Dr Norwick and his team did a great job at making my daughter always feel comfortable even when they could tell she wasn't wearing her bands like she should have been. (Wear your bands!) I really can't think of one negative thing to say about her experience there.

If you are looking for an Orthodontist, I know you would be happy with Dr. Norwick and his team!

Dr. Norwick is one of the nicest guys I know. Okay so I lost my retainer getting ready for prom and he graciously gave me a "prom discount" just because he's genuinely a nice guy. The braces process was really quick with him. I also really loved all the staff and how they treated me.

Overall I've had a great experience there! But little does he know I lost my retainer again. . . See you soon Dr. Norwick!

Dr. Norwick and his staff are Amazing!!! They all are so kind and compassionate. Dr. Norwick performs exceptional orthodontic work and I have taken all 4 of my children to him. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family, and I have yet to hear anything other than great experiences from them.

I took my 14 year old daughter Zena on 2/1/24 for Orthodontist work that she needed. We were met by Linda (I believe she is retired now) and Dr. Norwick did all the needed tests and x-rays and we were presented with a bill (I have all the documents)$2762 after Insurance payments. I was told if I pay it off in full I would get a 5% off which I did end up paying $2623. 90 on that day. Several days later, I got the EOB from my Insurance provider. I looked at the numbers ( I have a Ph. D. in Math and Statistics) and I realized That the numbers don't add up. According to the EOB, My balance should have been $2213. 89 before taking off the 5% discount for paying it off in full.

So I called Linda at Dr. Norwick's office on 3/26/24 and she said that I was charged the records fee twice and they would reimburse me $274. 11. I tried to tell her that the records fee should have been waived (according to the EOB) but to no avail. So, I called my insurance provider and spoke with Nick on 2/29/24 of which I was told the records fee was charged twice on my account ($274. 11+ 274. 11=$548. 22). Nick told me that the Dentist office accepted the waiver of the records fee ($274. 11) and I should be reimbursed with the total of $548. 22.

By that time Linda was retired, so I said to myself let me wait until I get my check of $274. 11 and then I will call about the rest of the money. I waited until 4/9/24 and spoke with the office manager (Judy) and she said they use a third part to issue the check and it will be issued on Friday 4/12 and I should receive it the following week. Today is Saturday 4/20, and I have received no check. Moreover, every time I called that office I got sweet talk but no action. And everybody is busy and I should call back. As if I have nothing else to do but to keep calling them for an $548. 22 overcharge they did on their own. I have all my documentation ready and I will contact my insurance provider and Michigan Dental Association next week.
