Avoid This dental clinic – Unethical Billing Practices! I had a terrible experience at Nottingham Dental Clinic. They did not provide a clear cost estimate before my treatment. After the procedure was done, they suddenly presented a bill much higher than expected charges that were never discussed. When I questioned the additional costs, they were completely unhelpful and insisted I had to pay since it was not covered. I agreed to pay what was not covered by my insurance e.

g. 15% but they asked way more than that. To make matters worse, when I refused to pay for these hidden fees, they threatened to report to collection agency and eventually credit agencies to damage my credit score! So I decided to pay remaining amount and reported to RCDSO. org to investigate this malpractice. Investigation is going on.

This clinic prioritizes money over patient care and transparency. Stay far away unless you want to be blindsided by unexpected charges and financial stress. I regret ever trusting them with my dental care!

Dr. Singh is the best! I had a tooth that was bothering me and he first did a root canal. Shortly after the tooth cracked and it had to be extracted.

When I was having pain during the extraction, Dr. Singh sent a staff member to his other office to get a tool that would make the extraction less painful! He and the team are amazing! I and my husband and two daughters have been going there for dental care for years!

I highly recommend Nottingham Dental. I had the most amazing first visit with dental hygienist, Shanti! I have always been a little fearful of dental visits, but Shanti made me feel so comfortable. She was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and gentle. I really appreciated how she explained everything she was doing. She also answered all my questions and concerns and provided explanations that were understandable.

Dr. Singh performed my dental exam, and he was also very kind, knowledgeable and informative. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. As soon as my appointment was done, all my insurance payments were processed and completed quickly and efficiently. I’ve never had such a seamless dental visit! Thank you Nottingham Dental!

Nottingham Dental is one of the most pleasant and comfortable environments to go for check ups. And David Singh is by far the best!! Super kind, generous with his time and genuinely cares about your overall well being. I’ve always found that David is very supportive and attentive to my concerns.
