I loved this dentist office the two receptionist Kristie and Talie were absolutely amazing and made the office feel like a second home, they were super friendly and made conversation with me while I waited in the waiting area. The doctor was amazing as well! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist office that treats their patients like family!!

I came in as a new patient to see what can be done about removing my wisdom teeth. When I arrived I was greeted by two women at the front desk; Nephtalie and Christie. I was notified that my health insurance did not include dental. So I paid $55 for x-rays instead. There was a mix up and the dentist did not realize that since my health insurance did not include dental that I would be just doing the x rays without any other extra work done today. When I got in the chair, the assistant x rayed my teeth and after discussing my problems and concerns about how I’m going to pay for the extractions, I ended up getting the full cleaning without even realizing it.

After my appointment, I was told that there was an error and that I’d have to pay an additional $145 since it also ended up being a cleaning in the end. I was absolutely stressed because times are rough I can’t pay that right off the bat. Nephtalie felt terrible about the mishap. She and Christie were so kind and tried to work on a payment plan with me. Nephtalie who made the mistake offered to pay the difference for me. I am just overwhelmed with gratitude and still feel bad at the same time that she had to even do that.

She went above and beyond and I still feel like I owe her something. I know everyone makes mistakes and I just really appreciate her so much and I only hope that I will be able to pay back that kindness in the future. I will def be back to show my gratitude, have my wisdom tooth pulled and I will pay it forward and help the next person I see struggling or in need. Also,I must mention that every single staff member that I spoke to from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, was incredibly kind and professional. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but the whole staff made my experience really easy for the most part.

What a fantastic find! Nova Dental staff are exceptional. Christie and Nifali at the front desk were so helpful, professional and kind. Dr. Stewart is thorough, knowledgeable and proficient. The office is clean and welcoming. A+ on all aspects!!!
