I recently had a deep cleaning on the right side of the mouth and it was surprisingly painless. The hygienist was very professional and explained everything in great detail. I didn't even feel the shots for numbing. Overall a great experience considering I was at the dentist.

I've been working in the dental industry for over 4 years, and I have been around or worked along side a number of doctors, so I have the tendency to watch them closely when they work to see if they actually care, since the dental industry can be a very money driven business. I went to NOVA Perio due to gum issues after some dental work I had some some years back. Dr. Alka Panwar was the doctor I was lucky to have my consultation with, and I don't really know how to say this without sounding odd, but after I meet her and she helped me with my case, I've had this feeling of, well, I wish to be Dr.

Panwar when I "grow up"!! She is brilliant, very kind, gave me great attention to my case, and gave me sound advise on how we are going to procced. Dr. Panwar really listened to me, even when I felt that I was rambling or repeating myself, I didn't feel rushed. Her energy and knowledge gave me the reassurance that she absolutely loves what she does and that I was in good hands.

I am a young Dental Technician, and I hope that as I grow in my field, and I help out chairside with my doctor, that I can make our patients feel the way Dr. Panwar made me feel. The staff in the front was also very friendly, everyone I came in contact with at their office made me feel welcomed, thank you guys, you're doing a great job!
