I had the best experience ever especially with my dental hygienist Brenda. She was very kind and caring. She made me feel like she actually cares, unlike other dentist places where you would go and they will tell you what you wanna hear and send you home. Aside from Brenda, Dr. Naldo is outstanding and wonderful.

They treat you with the upmost respect and kindness. Appointments are fast and easy. I recommend everyone to start going there. It’s been a wonderful experience and i will be back for my 6 month cleaning!!! :)

I just had a comprehensive dental experience at Novo and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The reception staff was warm and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. When I first came to this office a few months ago, the service was excellent. The receptionist was kind and always helpful. Unfortunately, things changed about 1-2 months ago. Now, even when you call during open hours, no one returns your call. On several occasions, the receptionist answers remotely, but because she is not in the office, she can't provide the necessary information.

This has happened multiple times, not just once. When she promises to call back, she never follows through. What concerns me most is the office's failure to assist with insurance issues. Instead of the office handling approvals and claims, they are making patients contact the insurance company themselves. This is not appropriate, as following up with insurance should be the responsibility of the dental office.

I intend to contact the New Jersey Board of Dentistry regarding these issues, as the board investigates cases involving professional misconduct, administrative failures, and improper insurance practices. Shifting this responsibility to patients instead of staff may fall under administrative or professional misconduct. This needs to be addressed promptly to ensure better patient care.

Brenda took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Her expertise and attention to detail are truly commendable.

My teeth have never felt cleaner! The office itself is modern, clean, and well-organized. The entire team at Novo Dental Office deserves kudos for their dedication to providing top-notch care.
