I had a great experience here. They Cater to people who don't like going to the dentist or people who are nervous the first time being somewhere new and have anxiety. I don't have insurance and they had a first time patient price with everything. The only bad thing was the Hygenist I had and liked is actually not going to be there when I go back for the next cleaning.

I have had a truly horrible experience over the past 2. 5 years using them for teeth realignment. They get your money up front then have no regard for your time, progress, or outcomes. I was told after these years that the reason I paid them $2000 was never an option because of the shape of my tooth. They have no concern about my experience because the doctor who lied to get a sale is no longer working there.

Regional manager had no regard for their negligence and dishonest tactics, disregarded my issues without even speaking to me. Edit: The response to reach out means nothing. I only made a post after attempting to speak with NuDental leadership directly after being sent an additional bill without any explanation for when the charges accrued. I have now been waiting three weeks since I was told I would receive a call back from management regarding both situations.

Paid $500. First visit up front towards future dental services. Had one cleaning in less than one year. They would not put money that was paid up front towards another cleaning or service.....I feel ripped off!!! NO Contract or Explanation of where monies went...BTW....First and Only Cleaning was not acceptable!!

I used to have my cleaning at this dental office in Brick. My husband changed jobs and consequently changed the dental coverage. I called the office and canceled any appointment I had. Now my husband has the dental coverage that includes this office. I called to schedule an appointment and they said I cannot go to that office any longer because I missed 3 appointments what is totally wrong. I told the receptionist that I NEVER missed one appointment.

She was rude and said that she couldn't do anything about that. I asked to speak with the manager and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes and I was never able to talk to the manager. For what I've read in other reviews, they did the same things to other patients. I'm going to file a complaint with the Department of Health and the NJ Board of dentistry.
