I’ve had several different dentists over the last 45 years and Dr Jeremy Thompson is an expert! He offers exceptional quality work and is highly skilled in cutting edge dental procedures. A few years ago we were living out of the area and went to another dentist office and both of their dentists asked who our former dentist was and said it was the best quality work they had ever seen.

We are so glad to be back!

I called on the same day and got an appointment within 3 hours. The staff was nice and polite, and quick too I was able to get a temporary crown in the same day and a filling. They had this thing that held my lips open and something for me to bite on so i didnt have to hold my mouth open myself. I also got some shades to block the light so my eyes werent blinded by the bright lights.

upon that there was a tv on the ceiling and they gave me headphones to watch a movie at the same time. The numbing was super quick and I was honestly super surprised. I dont normally write reviews but this place really earned it. Thanks!

My experience with this dental facility has been a nightmare from start to finish. I had 2 crowns replaced and was given a price that was agreed to, only to later be told the cost was higher (they just counted on my insurance to cover that, which they didn't, and I wasn't told about it until a year later). I had to go in multiple times - first time the teeth they got in were yellow because they ordered the wrong color, second because the bite was completely off, and yet a third time for the same thing and it's still not right. Fast forward 3 months, I get contacted by their billing lady telling me that she's extremely frustrated by my insurance company, and that I either pay myself (which they offered a 50% discount at over $1k, and after I had already paid close to $2k out of pocket), or I try to get my insurance company to pay myself. First off, I have never had a dental or medical office put off dealing with insurance on me, completely new. When dealing with the insurance company I was told that the billing wasn't correct. Fast forward almost 2 years, dealing with both the insurance company and the dental office, and me having to play middle man because their billing person can't do her job, I am threatened with collections.

At this time I asked if the 50% off was still an option and was told no, they were "trying to clear it off their books at that time" - I'm sorry, is that not what you're trying to do now? Honestly I should get my bill wiped away for doing her job. Save yourself time, money, and LOTS of stress and avoid this place. By far the worst dental office I've ever been to, and I'm thousands of dollars poorer, and my teeth are no better than they were when I first started. I will never be back, and hope this saves a lot of you a LOT of trouble. **2/7/25 Update. ALL THREE of the teeth this dentist touched have had issues. 2 of them were infected after crown replacement - had to have one of my teeth PULLED! Original crowns were placed between 15-20 years ago, no issues at all until I had them redone at this office.

Thousands of dollars more thrown at these teeth because of this dentist! Not one of the dental offices I've been to since have made me be the one dealing with billing my insurance for the office. This clearly was an issue with their back office billing people. And in response to their response below, I HAVE reached out to their office multiple times to complain with ZERO resolution. So if you would like to make this right, please reach out. You have my information in your system. I will update this listing if they do actually reach out.
