Dentist was good she did a deep cleaning 2 years ago. One day before appointment secretary called wanting money before appointment. Said I was not covered anymore by my insurance for that appointment. I asked the girl to find out when insurance would cover it and call me back. Never heard back about an appointment so I called them. Its been two years.

I had bladder cancer during this time and that took up my time. When I called secretary was very blunt saying insurance wouldn't cover since they did the deep cleaning so now I had to always pay out of pocket. If the deep cleaning would not have been done and I'd of had just a regular cleaning every 6 months insurance would've covered me. I said so instead of me coming every 6 months for a cleaning when insurance would cover me your telling me I have to pay out of pocket all because of y'all doing the deep cleaning and she said yes. So instead of at least getting a cleaning twice a year covered by insurance I don't get a cleaning at all? I said so it looks like I've got to find a new dentist and she said yes. I changed dentist to go to O2 thinking it was a good decision but now I don't have a dentist.

I can't afford to pay them out of pocket for cleanings that my insurance will cover every 6 months. The secretary was like we don't really care if you stay with us or leave. So if your looking for compassionate care your not getting it from O2. Its just sad really. People just don't care anymore.

staff was all nice and compassionate EXCEPT the dentist himself... basically he seemed like I was wasting his time and just poked in my mouth for a few seconds and said "ughh just get them all pulled out, there is nothing I can do" and then wanted to know how I heard of the office as if it was some secret... thanks for nothing but rudeness and hopelessness.

After pregnancy and not having dental insurance some time had gone by and I knew I needed a good dental cleaning. Amy delivered. She left teeth and gums feelimg sooooo clean. Dr. Shavers always does a fantastic job! They both work so good together. They create such a good energy and atmosphere in this office.

I’ve been to a lot of dental offices in my life but I came back here because I love how thorough and careful both the dentist and hygienist are about every individual’s oral health. I trust them with all my dental work. If you need a new office to come to this is definitely the one. 5 stars through and through. ⭐️

I don’t really leave reviews for places but this place was just too GREAT not too. The atmosphere is so welcoming it’s clean and inviting. The staff super awesome and helpful. Everyone’s personable and they make you feel at home. Not to mention how through the doctor there is. No one looks forward for going to the dentist but I’m very excited to have them as my new dentist.
