Im writing this on behalf of my mom who went in today (5/21/25) she had a 4pm appointment with the female doctor there ,I believe her name is Emma Hughes, she got there 10 minutes before her appointment and when the doctor came into the room she told my mom she could not see her today as she was running late with other appointments and wouldn’t be done with her other patient until 5:30 and she needed to leave at 6pm. This of course upset my mom as she rushed from her job to be at the appointment on time just to be told she wouldn't be seen. Add to this that she had already paid and was now not being seen and she can’t eat without feeling pain. This is also something my mom told the doctor and she rudely responded that my mom should try to eat on the other side until her rescheduled appointment. This is ironic coming from the doctor considering she for a fact knows my mom is still feeling pain in the other side from a filling done months ago this same doctor did on a tooth that has been revised multiple times (which is on record so this can be fact checked). This again upset my mom more for the above mentioned reason and when my mom tried to elaborate the doctor cut my mom off to say she needed a translator because she believed my mom wasn’t understanding ( I should add that we are Mexican and my mom has an accent but can understand everything perfectly). The doctor also tried saying she feels rushed by my mom anytime she goes in which is funny considering she has never once rushed the doctor and when my mom told her this I guess she tried defending her point by saying my mom comes in late which if she’s going to feel rushed by later appointments why offer them?? The doctor has also been constantly offended and defensive any time my mom tries to advocate for herself when she has to come back for revisions on fillings this doctor has done. And this doctor constantly has to argue with my mom because she I guess believes my mom is being difficult. However considering how much my mom has spent within the last year or so on just revisions for fillings done by this doctor I would say anyone would be frustrated.
Now to add my own personal experience which I have not shared before because I believed this to be just a one off but it’s now seeming like a pattern. I had a filling done years ago but a corner had been chipped and needed to be redone this same doctor fixed it but in my opinion and anyone who’s seen it, my natural tooth was filed way too much. I was also told sensitivity for a few weeks would be normal however even now months later I get ocasional pain and sensitivity which never happened with my original filling. While I was getting the filling she also injected the numbing way too quickly I felt the liquid pop and it felt like my jaw had broken and i immediately felt like my teeth were cramping together due to the pressure. I did not speak up because I already have an aversion to dentists and I was just trying to get it over with to leave quicker. I genuinely regret ever even getting it refilled because even with the chip the original filling had I never had any pain or discomfort. She also dropped tools on me twice while doing my filling, which I understand can happen but she didn’t really acknowledge it either. Another odd thing I’d like to add is that this doctor while doing my refill was speaking about a procedure she was going to do or had just finished doing in the room next to mine. She was complaining about the procedure this other patient needed.
I’m not a doctor or anything but I found this highly unprofessional of her to be speaking about another patient in front of me. I don’t know if there’s a policy on that but if there is she needs a refresher on it. In conclusion we’d rate this doctor and only this doctor a zero however we’ve had pleasant interactions with other staff members. If you can avoid the current female doctor there, which I believe I is Emma Hughes , do it. She’s not worth your hard earned money or time. You’ll end up worse than you came in.

This place is amazing. I was so nervous to go to the dentist after 20 years and they made me feel so much better. Terrietta took great care of me and calmed my nerves. Went over every single process in detail. Dr Emma explained all my teeth problems and told exactly what to do to prevent cavities. AMAZING SERVICE WILL BE BACK.

I am one of those who’s had a fear of visiting the dentist from poor visits in the past and neglected my own care because of it. I am so incredibly grateful to have randomly discovered this dentistry who served me on such short notice for an emergency. Every single person from the front desk (shout out to Dayra! She’s so sweet and welcoming!!) to the dental assistants and dentists that I saw. Every single person treated me with kindness and zero judgment was felt. You guys really eased my anxiety. I had a tooth pulled and the whole process, even though not a fun one, was done professionally and insanely quick! For a not great situation I had to deal with, each of you really made it tolerable.
The space is super clean and calm. . I’m not even worried to return to get a full clean and examination now. Thank you guys so much.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3/11/25. I received multiple reminders for this appointment via email / text. The week of I was asked to confirm my appointment by text message which i responded and confirmed. The day of my appointment I received the reminder text that it was at 5 pm which is also their advertised extended day. I left work early to ensure I was on time for my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early and the office was closed. I double checked their website and the door for the hours and both stated they should have been opened until 6pm. I called the next day to speak with someone about what may have happened and the receptionist confirmed that I had an appointment at that time. She the transferred me to the office manger and the call was disconnected immediately. I called back and was told that she was busy and a message would be given to her to return my call. I waited a few hours never received a call.
I called the office again to then be told the office manger was in a meeting and she would call me before the end of the day. Office manger finally returns my call late afternoon. When I informed her of what happened, she stated that the dental hygienist that booked my appointment, no longer works at the office so any appointments that the dental hygienist scheduled no longer shows up on their main schedule. I told her I was confused as to how I was able to confirm my appointment and receive multiple reminders of the appointment band she let me know those are all automated messages. So where did my confirmation go?!? Pretty sure no EMR or scheduling system works that way regardless if the person that booked the appointment is employed at the office or not. Even if that was the case, the office and administration staff should have ensured all appointments that the dental hygienist scheduled were rescheduled or patients were notified of appointments changes. The office manger and the receptionist could see my appointment date and time booked in my chart but not on the main schedule. Makes no sense. If that's how their EMR/scheduling system works maybe the company needs to spend more money on a new system. The office manger proceeded to tell me the new hours took effect on 3/10/25 and she submitted for the hour changes. Yet my appointment date was on 3/11/25.
Regardless if the hours weren't changed on the website, the hours on the door should have been changed on the effective date before the end of the business day. She continued to talk over me and showed no accountability for their mistake. Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment?! My appointment has come and gone what am I rescheduling for? Then the office manger takes the time to inform me of my bill after I told her I wasn’t coming back. I gladly paid my bill so I could be done with the office. . . Dr. Dudleck is an amazing dentist!! However I will not be back due to the lack of accountability and treatment from the office manger and the whole appointment scheduling system.
