Zero stars and I didn't even get to see a doctor. The person I chose for my care has cancelled appointments twice! Outrageous and unacceptable. Furthermore, while waiting to be seen by this doctor I became very ill. I phoned during off hours and received a call back but the doctor was not helpful and told me someone would call me on the following day of business to get me in asap to be evaluated.

No one called me. Instead I went to urgent care.

I love Oak Orchard and have used them for years. My Doctor is amazing and attentive, Thank you Shauna! I'm actually here on behalf of my 24 yo daughter and her father who have had scheduled appointments with Dr. Punch cancelled and rescheduled multiple times. This is unacceptable.

My daughter loves her but is becoming increasingly frustrated with not only having to reschedule, but rescheduling for weeks later. Please Dr. Punch, honor the appointments your patients make, their time and health are equally important to yours.

I have never had a bad experience with pediatrics at Oak Orchard Health in Brockport. The staff is very friendly IMO. All of the pediatric providers here are wonderful! However, Janette Saxton is our go to provider. She has amazing bedside manner and you can tell that she actually cares about her patients overall well-being. She is an amazing person.

I absolutely love Jan Saxton, the pediatrician for both my daughters. She spends an adequate amount of time with each of them during their joint appointment and as their mother I feel they are in the best of care working with Jan. She always explains things thoroughly in a communication style that my family can easily understand and gives helpful advice which I appreciate.

She’s the best thing to happen to Oak Orchard pediatrics and the only reason why I go to Oak Orchard for my children’s health needs. She’s a real gem and Oak Orchard is very lucky to have her apart of their team!
