Dr Edwards and his team are above & beyond in both professionalism and friendliness. Aside from Dr Edwards being the best dentist (he’s so good, that I go to him even though he’s out of my network- I just couldn’t change dentists),the entire staff (from receptionist, to hygienist, to dentist)- are friendly, warm, and caring to their patients and with each other. It definitely has a family feel at Oak Valley Dentist, and given the extremely low turnover, I’m guessing it’s a positive and satisfying work environment.

I can’t say that I love to go to the dentist (generally), but i can say that I love oak valley dentist and the team that always takes such great care of me. I almost look forward to my dentiist appointments:). Five stars to dr Edwards and his team!

My wife, JC, and I have been patients of OVDA since their move into their beautiful Oak Valley Dr. office. And before that at their downtown Ann Arbor location. Total 30 yr. + We always wondered what we'd do when Dr. Kolling retired, which he did at the end of 2024. He was a great dentist and is a really wonderful person. But, hey(!). .

. so is everyone else in this office, so we really couldn't see going elsewhere. From the super helpful Ellie -- Patient Care Coordinator and front desk/reception area veteran of whom we've gotten to know and love, and her co-worker Amy, who's always so helpful and kind, on through the hygienists -- ours being the awesome Meggan. And finally, the awesome Dr. Shaff and fantastic dental assistant Gabby!! (thank you so much, Gabby, for kindly filling out my patient form for me because I forgot my reading specs! You're awesome lady!) We feel so blessed and relieved to have found Dr. Shaff filling (no pun intended!) Dr. Kolling's shoes so flawlessly! One of the many things we appreciated about Dr. Kolling was the thorough way he described any and all options that may be available, and all procedures before beginning them. Dr.

Shaff is like a Kolling clone! I've. . . maybe never in a doctor/patient relationship. . . felt like my input and concerns were as valued as they were when calmly discussing my dental needs and circumstances with the patient, kind and talented Dr. Shaff. IS THERE A 6TH STAR? Blessed, K & JC

I have been going to Oak Valley Dental Associates for years. I am always strike at how happy the patients and employees are. When they go to pick up a new patient, it is always a positive moment. My dental hygienist, Kathy, is the best. I appreciate her professional approach, and the care you gives to her patients.
