Great! I really enjoyed my recent visits at Oakville Dental. I broke my front tooth and they were able to book me in for an emergency with amazing Dr. Joudah, the very next day! The clinic staff are extremely nice and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Dr. Joudah is an exceptionally great dentist.

She made me feel comfortable and explained what will be done in detail, she is very knowledgeable and so gentle that I nearly fell asleep during the procedure. She restored my teeth beautifully and I can easily say that she gave me the best smile ever! After my appointment I was contacted by Sam in regards to the price for future treatment and availability with Dr. Joudah. Once again they accommodated my busy schedule and followed up with several reminders, ensuring that I don’t miss the appointment. All in all great experience!

The lack of transparency at this office on billing for new patients is not common practice amongst dental offices. They will promise you that no appointment will be booked unless both plans (if on spousal coordination ) have received and responded to estimates. However they will book you quickly one appointment after another and next thing you know your other dental plan had no estimate and none of the extra checks they have done is covered.

In a matter of 30 days from joining their office, my husband and I are 200 dollars out of pocket when we are 100 percent covered with two top notch providers! Only if this office had informed us or even bothered to submit an estimate we would have known that we are 4 months away from being eligible for fully covered for scans, etc. I would not recommend this place if you have two benefit plans or if you are simply looking for an honest service with transparency!

I had a very upsetting experience at this dental clinic while I was 5 months pregnant. I went in for a cavity on my wisdom tooth, and was told it would just be filled. But when I got there, the dentist suddenly said it should be removed instead. I explained multiple times that I didn’t want it taken out, especially since I was pregnant and couldn’t take strong painkillers like Advil.

He kept pressuring me, saying things like, “It’s just a wisdom tooth, it’s not important, you should just take it out. ” Despite my clear refusal, he gave me two injections without consent and left me sitting in the chair for over an hour, trying to get me to change my mind. It was incredibly stressful, especially being pregnant and emotional at the time. In the end, he filled it—but told me it probably “won’t stay,” which made me feel like the work was done carelessly.

I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and very disappointed. Please do your research before going here and always speak up for yourself.

Love the staff at this location, they are amazing with my kids. It's easy to make appointments, swap them when needed and they will check coverage prior to an appointment if you request it as well. It's always good to know what the cost will be and I can get them to advise me upfront each time.
