Dr Borland refuses to give service to people being honest about his front desk's attitude. The lady is very rude and it is impossible to be honest without her belittling you. What happened to customers always being right?

During my last visit to the dentist, I was charged a fee for a "consultation" and had my teeth examined. Later, they informed me that they would contact me to schedule an appointment once the X-ray results were ready. However, four weeks passed, and I received no call. When I went to the dentist's office to inquire why they hadn’t contacted me, they scheduled a new appointment. Unfortunately, I missed this appointment because I never received a confirmation via SMS, email, or any other notification. This lack of communication appears to stem from the negligence of the secretary.

While Dr. Borland is highly professional as a dentist, the same cannot be said about the secretary's professionalism. Despite completing a form and providing all my details during the initial visit, I discovered that my information had not been entered into their system. This is a clear sign of irresponsibility. While waiting in the lobby during one of my visits, I overheard the secretary saying, “I’ve been working here for 10 years. I feel like it’s time to leave.

I’ve been at the same place for too long. ” Perhaps she has lost motivation for her job or is experiencing burnout. Regardless of the reason, her attitude should not affect patient satisfaction. The success of a practice relies not only on the professionalism of the doctor but also on the responsibility and dedication of the entire staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
