The receptionist staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and not very good to take honest feedback review. My whole family scheduled with this dental practice and after me and my son appointment i received a feedback review email for how to improve dental service and what i like and dislike. They were expecting all good statement but i provided my honest review.

First of all all these reviews should be anonymous but that's not the true. They always check who wrote these review and then call directly to threaten people with lots of words and also said why did you give this type of review instead improving their services. Afterwards, receptionist staff call again and said your whole family will no longer come to our office and without any notice next day appointment got cancel with not knowing medical reasons for other family members.

Receptionist staff if you don't like your reviews then don't ask for feedback after appointments because patients feedback is their experience not yours. Your Dentist and Hygienist will also suffer because of you all and no one will recommend this place to mistreat by receptionist desk staff.
