Just moved her and found a dentist. Everyone from the front desk to all the back staff were AMAZING! Ok so I’m the Review Queen and Ms Nancy Martinez has no clue how much she helped me and my baby.

She was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful! To be able to set up continued Ortho care for my baby in same building with such ease is AMAZING! Would give this location a 10. The waiting room the front desk…i could go on and on! But this is just what we needed on our new journey! Thank you OceanSide Dental Team!!!

This office and assistants are AMAZING!!! Autumn at the front desk and Jenn at check out were so helpful. I couldn't have asked for better help from the two of them. Haven the Dental Assistant is amazing as well as she listened to the needs I had for my girls. I definitely recommend this dental office. They're the absolute best!!

AMAZING OFFICE AND STAFF!! I can’t praise them enough. I have 3 kids I scheduled via their website but had to select different times. Then got a confirmation the appointment got changed for the same time for all 3 of them I called to verify and sure enough they did have it at the same time! AMAZING!! Once I got there Jenn and Autumn were SOOO HELPFUL! And very prompt. My kids each got a different dental assistant Jordyn and haven were so great w them.

This was my son’s first dental appointment and I was a little nervous but they put me at ease and Dr. Jeremy was great! They even gave him a Spider-Man toothbrush which he LOVES. Check out was a breeze!! Once I came out they had all 3 school excuses and their next appointments. Honestly this was such a great experience we’ve been going for about 2 yrs and I’ve got no complaints! Nancy was such a sweetheart I can’t praise you guys enough!! Thank you so much!!

I've been a mom for 19 years, have taken both kids to the dentist for 2x a year for 19 years. This by far is the WORST dentist I've ever been to! Starters the lady at the front was rude, until I told her I would pay cash for dental cleaning. When we finally get taken back behind the doors, the areas are RUN down and there's a smell! Please be aware as a parent you are NOT allowed behind the doors, you'll be told to sit in the waiting room. If you refuse to sit in the waiting room, you'll be told that your child will be treated like a baby and given a toothbrush cleaning instead in the 'quiet room'.

When I told the office manager that I was leaving, she wanted to rectify the situation and said to the girl who called my son a baby (mind you has hickey's all over her neck!) she "couldn't say that". The lady with the hickey's said "well he's 12 and doesn't need to be a baby". We left quickly after that. I will not tolerate anyone calling my son a baby and will not tolerate anyone just doing random procedures without be being there.

Absolutely inappropriate.
