I have been going to Ochave Dental for well over 10 years and I would like to compliment the three Dentist along with there Assistants for doing such a great job. The front office ladies have been so helpful in scheduling appointments. There have been a few times I would call first thing in the morning, and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. All of the staff are amazing! They have definitely worked with me and have gotten me together and I appreciate the staff and all their efforts in making me comfortable throughout all my appointments! I love that when I come through the door the young lady (I dont know her name but I think she has red hair) always greets me and says my name correctly its the little things that mean the most.

Thank you all for being amazing and a huge shoutout to always making sure the office is clean and well organized!

At Ochave Dental I actually look forward to my dental visits, which is something I never thought I'd say. The moment I walk in, I'm greeted by the incredible front desk team: Carina, Desi, and Debbie. Carina's infectious enthusiasm and bright smile instantly lift my spirits, while Desi’s attention to detail ensures everything goes smoothly. Debbie’s calming presence makes me feel right at home, even if I’m a bit nervous.

The doctors and hygienists are equally amazing, providing expert care that always leaves me feeling confident about my dental health. I honestly can’t wait to see this wonderful team each time I visit—they don’t just brighten my smile; they brighten my entire day.

Front desk staff are rude, disorganized and unprofessional. After leaving me a voicemail to confirm my appointment at 10:45, I called them back and they told me to come in at 11. I corrected them and said my appointment was at 10:45am. The person, Debbie, said it was at 11.

I confirmed and thought they shifted me down to accomodate a last minute procedure. I drive an hour to get to the office at 11 only for them to tell me it was at 10:45 and that I would need to reschedule while insisting I had the times wrong.
