Dr. Park is an outstanding dentist. She is professional, courteous, kind, and very intelligent and talented. She cares deeply about her patients and makes a significant point to make you as comfortable as possible. Being a redhead who has severe pain with just a cavity, I appreciate this the most!! We will be moving a few hours away later this year but will continue to come to Dr. Park because she is WELL worth the drive. I am an army brat and a veteran myself and have had over 3 dozen dentists throughout my life.
Dr. Park is the best, and she and her staff keep us coming back. * Note * I am always worked on by the female in this office whom I thought was Dr. Park, but I believe I am mistaken in this. I have personally never worked with Dr. Sun Park but everyone in his office is outstanding so I'm sure he is, too!

This Place Is a Scam. I went here a year ago for tooth pain. Said I needed two fillings. Got them done. A few months later I have two infections two abscess that i didn't have before. They won't go away and now my gums are always sore.
This place needs to be reported. In Response to you saying I have never been there I don't use my real name on Google. I have been to your office twice. One for the butcher job you did on my fillings second time I went back to see if you can fix all you did and was trying to refer me to someone one else to pay more money instead of fixing it yourself.

My family has been a customer for a long time. We like doctor Parkbut his receptionist is very unprofessional. Today I spoke to a Ms. Brenda (I believe) at 9 am. While trying to schedule an appointment Ms. Brenda starts laughing on the phone.
After a few minutes of trying to provide her with my new insurance she continues to be unprofessional and laugh on the phone. Sad to say I will no longer refer them to my friends and family. I’m now looking for a new dentist. One that has a professional staff.

This might be silly, but at my cleaning today was the first time a technician had ever asked me if my teeth felt smooth. She said, “feel your teeth for any area that isn’t smooth. Post-cleaning, your teeth should be the smoothest you’ve ever had. ” And when I told her where some spots were, she scraped and polished them again.
Then everything was smooth. I had never thought about that before, and I have definitely walked away from other dentist chairs with not-smooth teeth. Odenton Smiles gave me the most thorough and pleasant cleaning I’ve ever had.
