Staff was super nice! Dr. Ogden was amazing! I had a Root Canal and I was nervous thinking that it would be painful. I didn't feel anything! Of course I felt pain in the evening and the next day but during the actual procedure, there was no pain. The office is immaculate.

My only issue was the wait. My appointment was at 1000. I got there at 0930 and still didnt get in the chair until after 1030.

The place is amazing!!!!!! Great customer service. The service providers showed a lot of patience and made me feel comfortable while getting a Root Canal procedure. Having a root canal procedures can be painful I felt secure in the Endodontist ability to get the job done.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The facilities were very modern and were very clean and well kept. This was my first time having any kind of Endodontics procedure and everyone here made the process very smooth and made my experience here much better. SCAM ALERT!! I was referred to this office by my primary doctor for a specific treatment—internal bleaching on my #8 tooth. They scheduled me for an appointment three weeks later, which I was told would be only a consultation. No further details were provided—no mention of X-rays, costs, or procedures. I already had a recent full-mouth X-ray, and the most they needed was a targeted X-ray and the actual internal bleaching procedure. When I arrived, the front desk asked me to sign an agreement before showing me what the visit would entail.

Only after signing did they hand me a breakdown of services—which included a $130 consultation fee and THREE different X-rays totaling $520. I was expected to pay $490 out of pocket, even though I have a high-quality insurance. Two of the X-rays weren’t even remotely related to the issue—they were completely unnecessary. When I asked why none of this was disclosed earlier, they gave me a weak excuse that they could only send such details with my consent via message—which they never even asked for. I refused to proceed with the services, and they still charged me a $25 cancellation fee.

It’s not about the money—it’s about the time they wasted and how they tried to manipulate me. This place is unprofessional, and their system is clearly designed to milk money from patients rather than provide genuine care. Be very cautious—this office is a scam wrapped in a lab coat.
