Shapiro has a nice calm presence which makes you feel at ease. He called a few days after the procedure to make sure everything was going well. It was easy breezy! I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro!

Let's be honest, no one voluntarily wants to spend any amount of time in an oral surgeons office. That being said, when you receive top tier care and leave with a positive experience each and every time, it makes the need to go less overwhelming and daunting for all involved. Ohio Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is hands down the best there is. The office itself is very clean, organized and well kept. They are very thorough, you will not leave without having all of your questions or concerns addressed and answered. They take the time to explain everything so that you have a clear understanding of what's happening and what's to be expected moving forward with any treatment plan. Not only is the entire staff welcoming, courteous and standing well above any professional standard set for a dental establishment in my opinion, Dr.

Shapiro himself is a rare find in today's world when it comes to the medical/dental field. It is quite obvious that he takes great pride in his work through the attention to detail given with each individual patient and the way he takes their dental health and needs personal. He goes out of his way to ensure they receive the best treatment possible during and even after procedures are completed. Dr. Shapiro's bedside manner is unmatched by calling personally to check on his patients, not rushing you off the phone or out the door and spending any amount of time needed to make sure they're recovering accordingly. He is always willing to make any accommodations needed should things not be going as planned and will even give advice or share suggestions on how to correct any issues that arise with at home remedies rather than rushing you back into the office immediately or sending you to the ER. Yet, he is willing to have you come in to be seen if he thinks the situation requires it or even if it just helps to put your mind at ease.

As the mother to 3 of his patients, these things make a huge difference to me. It's comforting to know you can rely on and even call the surgeon himself if need be with any questions or concerns regarding the care of your children. I have to give a special shout out to Natalie and Janet as well. It's always nice to be greeted with a warm hello and smiles :) They always go above and beyond ensuring the entire process is as smooth as possible for you and your family.

Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. The waiting room is very comfortable. Dr. Shapiro has a way of making oral surgical procedures relaxing and painless. He is very skilled and cares a lot. Would recommend him to anyone I care about.

Dr. Shapiro and his staff did a fabulous job. Not that I'm looking to do it again anytime soon, but if I had to have this procedure done again, this is the place to go. The Doctor called me at 10pm after my procedure to make sure that everything went well. True care and service.
