The doctors and staff at Ohio Sleep Treatment were all so friendly and welcoming. They are very responsive with scheduling and communication before, during and after my visit. I would absolutely recommend OST to everyone I know. Oh, and I think they have the nicest patient rooms I have ever seen, making it very a very pleasant and calming experience. All my questions were answered, the treatment plan thoroughly explained, and I was treated with compassion. They should teach the course on customer service for all other health care offices.

I had such a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Sandra Pasquinelli. From the time my referral was sent, this office was always quick to communicate with me via text and phone and keep me informed. I had my first appointment today and it was great! Laura at the front desk was such a sweetheart and the doctor I saw was very patient and listened to all of my relevant history and answered all of my questions.

She did a thorough exam and suggested a device that will be least intrusive as far as my sensory issues go. They had also already pulled my insurance coverage for my device so that I knew upfront what to expect for cost. I was also able to leave my FSA card info with Laura to run when my prior authorization is approved so that the ordering process is seamless. Oh!! And they utilize a camera to take comprehensive scans of your teeth and mouth as opposed to using putty and doing impressions.

Such a huge relief!!! I feel really hopeful about this device and how it can help change my sleep quality. I also feel like I can trust Dr. Pasquinelli to help troubleshoot any issues, should I encounter any hiccups. Highly recommend!
