I had been going to Dr Finkle for years and he was great. When he went over to old orchard smiles I continued to see him. However since he has retired I have been very unsatisfied with the new dentists. I was there yesterday for a routine cleaning and I was there for an hour and a half. The hygienist who was taking X-rays seemed like she didn’t want to be there and it was an inconvenience for her. Dr Curie was in for less than 5 minutes.

Neither one of them did a cleaning but mentioned all the work I needed that seemed very costly. Work that was never mentioned before. They pushed for me to have my wisdom teeth out even though I have no pain or issues with them other that having them is inconvenient for them. Without asking if I was even interested in getting them removed the hygienist advised on availability to have them removed and when I expressed not wanting them out at this time she had an attitude. The 5 minutes dr curie was in the office he had no conversation with me all he was doing was showing off to the hygienist all the codes he knows. It was very unprofessional and again I emphasize they didn’t even bother to clean my teeth.

They scheduled me for a deep cleaning without even really having conversation of what is entailed and why they were not doing a simple cleaning. I walked away feeling like I had waisted an hour and a half. I live 45 minutes from there office and I have a 2 month old baby at home. The appointment I had seemed like unnecessary time away from my baby for them to have not even cleaned my teeth. All they did was X-ray.

Dr Chavin is great! Friendly, and kind and very, very thorough. Hannah, our hygienist, is so gentle and very attentive to our comfort during the cleaning. Everyone in the office is nice. The office environment is very warm and comfortable and they have all sorts of high tech equipment!

Danny Michael

Saw Dr. Currie for a check up and cleaning. He was really patient in his work and detailed in the education he provided. He laid out a plan for my dental care and made it easy to know what to expect. Although it was my first time in the clinic, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and helped ease the tension that comes with a dr’s visit.
