What a truly awful and frustrating experience. I scheduled a consultation at Access Dental Group with Dr. Olga Kandov to discuss an implant. A month prior, I explained my case to the front desk and, the day before my appointment, I sent over all my X-rays. They put me on hold to confirm with Dr. Kandov if she could handle my case — I was told “yes, she can. ” On the day of my appointment, I waited an hour and a half in the office before being called in. Dr. Kandov briefly asked me to bite twice, looked at one X-ray, then asked me to bite again.

Suddenly, another woman (possibly another dentist) came in and started discussing a different patient with Dr. Kandov. Without any explanation, Dr. Kandov left me sitting in the chair and never came back. I waited 40 more minutes, and the office manager (Jaff) came in to give me some vague information — but I never saw Dr. Kandov again. I could literally hear her treating another patient in the next room. It was close to 5 PM, and no consultation ever took place. The office manager then told me I should go to Dr.

Kandov’s private office in Doylestown, where they do not accept insurance, because “your insurance only pays us $15 for a consultation. ” That statement said it all — this was never about helping me. It was about money. This was an extremely disrespectful and unethical experience. I traveled to see them, prepared and hopeful, and was treated as if my time and health didn’t matter. They clearly see patients as dollar signs, not human beings. There was no professionalism, no accountability, no respect, and no consultation — just wasted time, stress, and a deep sense of being dismissed.

I have been under Dr kandov’s care for a couple of years. My experience at the office has always been great. The care has been excellent and the staff was always courteous and helpful. The results were always perfect. If you are looking for a good dentist, Dr Kandov is the one. I very highly recommend her.
