I liked the office for cleanings. I then had to have an implant done and was given a quote for $1,600 so I agreed to have it done. After having the hole dug and the base put in, I was given another invoice to have a tooth put in for $1,300. I said that they already paid for the full amount and was told that that was to get ready for the tooth and the second was to put the tooth in.

That's like having a garage give to a quote to fix you car, you pay it and then when you come back to get the car, they tell you the first quote was to take the car apart and that you owed more money to put the car back together. They are good for cleanings, but go somewhere else for dental work where you are only charged once and they are upfront with the costs.

Final Update - Dr. Levine reached out personally and is refunding us the money. I can tell he is a really good man and he and Dr. Ung did did great work on my wife to help with her dental issues. It is unfortunate that the front desk staff does not show the same kind of respect to patients as the doctors do. My final update is you will get exceptional dental service with Dr Levine and Dr. Ung, just be extremely careful when dealing with the front desk and their billing practices. Update - 2/27/24 Dr. Levine is aware I have requested to speak with him and needs to submit a corrective claim, however he felt it unnecessary to call or email me which was confirmed by the front desk person who is responsible for the incorrect billing.

A corrective claim has not been filed, nor do they plan on doing it. They care so little about their patients, they don't even feel the need to call them back after effectively robbing them. They are renovating so I guess they need the cash so why not just take it from working parents? The Saga continues. They have a history of doing exactly this to other people, evident in the comments. Update - 2/26/24 Called the dentist office to be informed they have credited us $64 dollars and cashed the insurance checks for the claim. We have spent $900 on a service that should have costed us a maximum of $150. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding the matter. Save yourself the headache and money, choose any one of the other 50 dentists in the area. Update - 2/22/24 - The dentist office is attempting to collect the insurance check on top of charging us out of pocket for the visit, a visit that IS/WAS covered by our insurance that they charged us out of network anyway.

If they cash the check before contacting us, I will be contacting a lawyer for undue enrichment and contacting the BBB. This place could not care less about us or the mistake their staff made. There are at least 50 other places in Olney, choose one of them. Be careful - they just charged my wife out of network prices because they filed the claim incorrectly and are refusing to do anything about it. Hoping my insurance company will be there for me but we all know how that goes. If you have Carefirst, make sure when they provide pricing, they file the claim under the Group name and not the provider name. They are not going to tell you while you are there and will charge you regardless.

I am a new patient and had my first appointment in November 2021. And let me tell you it was the best dental visit I have ever had. The office was bright and clean and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and kind especially Erin. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, they have never looked as white as they do now.

I highly recommend this dental office. Great work and super professional. They'll have you smiling from ear to ear!

Dr. Levine's office is very welcoming. Everyone is very pleasant. I am in my '70's. to date, I have not had better dental care anywhere, and that includes my hometown of NEW YORK!! We are extremely happy with the quality of care that Dr. Levine provides.
