Came in needing urgent care and the woman at the front desk did some magic and they were able to get me in within an hour. I was helped by an absolutely wonderful woman (shout out Sarah Jane) and the Dr was quick, precise and professional to remove a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. I don't see how anybody could vote less than 5 Stars for Olympia Dental Group (unless that person is a huge pain in the assss) Fantastic staff. Very clean facility.
Very professional doctor. Will be back in a non urgent capacity. Thank you all again!

As many reviews on here, I found Olympia Dental Group when I needed an emergency dental appointment for a sore tooth. And I also had anxiety over what the outcome might be. From the front desk Becca to the dental assistant Sarah and Dr. Ho, I'd like to confirm I had a really comfortable experience. All gave me ease especially Sarah. I had an extraction and they gave me all the ins and outs on options with no pressure.
I will be going back even after my follow up. Some reviews on here have some bad experiences. I can only speak for myself and I felt they were professional the whole way. I never left with questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in my situation.

Been for all of my major dental procedures every time wondering why so much work was needed. Especially after every regular check-up the hygienist's say how well I care for my teeth. Dr. Ho always seems to push the most extra work he can. When I was younger he suggested my wisdom teeth be removed before they caused my teeth to become crooked. I had perfectly straight teeth plus non invasive wisdoms but I trusted him. Year or so later after the expensive visit all my bottom teeth are overlapping each other and the top row have begun to go inward. Their response was we'd be happy to install braces for a fee.
I should have left the wisdom teeth that were causing no harm n' keeping the others in line apparently. Another visit was to get one of their minor fillings checked after only a couple years since a piece fell out randomly. They denied ever doing the fillings despite it being my only dentist office. Said they'd be happy to fix it at a cost I gave in not knowing what else to do. After waiting in the chair for over an hour Dr. Ho comes in and says he'd like to instead of repair the filling that had no pain or discomfort install a crown. I'd never gotten a crown and asked many questions. He refused to work on my mouth at all unless I let him install the crown.
I trusted his decision. Many hours later the crown is installed the porcelain is much darker tint than my other teeth and the tooth above had been accidentally ground down a bit by his tool which apparently he didn't even notice. To make matters worse I received the biggest bill in my entire life. It was so large in fact I had to call my bank and transfer more funds to meet the absurd cost that was allegedly discounted by paying with debit while patrons in the waiting room and front desk staff stared at me awkwardly. It was mortifying, I will never bring my trust or hard earned money to Olympia Dental Group again. The extra star is for their excellent dental hygienists.

Been there a few times now for different things. I have been very impressed with all the staff, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. And Dr Ho is impressively quick and efficient. I was also super impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen.
The staff worked with me and found an available time to get me in as soon as possible. Going to the dentist isn't always a fun experience, but this place goes above and beyond to make it as good an experience as it can be.
