This office is trash ! From the doctors (Josh & Sabrina) on down! Shannon the front desk manager is so rude. I made an appointment originally two weeks ago due to pain , Shannon called and canceled my appointment. It took for my filling to come out and me eating my damn filling for Sabrina to see me. I ended up getting my filling fixed last week, that same day I made an appointment with one of the hygienists and she confirmed it and everything for today at 5:30.

I get to the office there’s no sign of me having an appointment, I received text messages to remind me as well, come to find out they see that I received the text but tells me that Sabrina wouldn’t see me today. This is now starting to be a problem because this is their second time canceling my appointment without even having a secondary date to reschedule. Shannon tells me that I would have to wait weeks to see Sabrina! Josh never examined my teeth and better yet they didn’t even clean my teeth I had to make a secondary appointment for that with the hygienist Amber to get my teeth clean. At this point now I definitely don’t feel welcomed or comfortable at this dentist because they do you any kind of way and be so nonchalant about my symptoms that I’m experiencing.

I’ve never had this issue or any issues when the other two male doctors where there! Shannon, Sabrina, and whoever else doesn’t want to help they rather have the patients in pain and then they (Sabrina) just ship you off to a specialist without even seeing what the issue is. I hate I had to give this place one star!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office.. from walking in and being greeted by smiling faces, to having a comfortable & great experience with my cleaning. Bree did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and was very gentle. Dr. Sabrina was very knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease during the exam. The staff here is great and make the overall dental experience a great one!

The staff is absolutely amazing. I have always had a white coat fear of dentists even as an adult and then I went to Olympia Fields Family Dental and everything changed. From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists, the staff is compassionate and put me at ease. Highly recommend!!!
