I came to Dr Luke Chang to get a crown replaced, as Olympic does same day Cerec crowns. Dr Chang was so gentle, knowing I was nervous about dental,procedures, and carefully explained every step he was taking. When there proved to be not enough tooth left for a stable new crown, he patiently explained all my options using a little model jaw to help me understand.

He could not have been kinder, and was very considerate about the costs involved as well.

I had an exceptional experience at the dental office, and I can’t recommend Dr. Donnelly and Hygienist Michelle enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Dr. Donnelly is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions with great patience. She very clearly cares about the comfort of her patients and well being.

Michelle, the hygienist, was equally amazing! She was incredibly thorough & gentle during the cleaning. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. It's rare to find such a great combination of expertise, care and warmth.

We Love the dentists (Dr Chang is amazing! ) and the office staff is top notch!! .. for example, I loved their sample chapstick and mentioned that so they gave me a handful to take home. As one who has avoided the dentist like the plague for literally a decade or more, this office is awesome! Its a very calm environment and everyone is friendly which is so comforting. Dr Cho and Dr Kaiser do excellent work and are good about explaining exactly what they're doing, which also helps with nerves. Two thumbs up for everyone here!
