I had the BEST experience at my new patient visit! The communication from Brandi at the front desk before my visit was amazing, my cleaning and x-rays from Carrie were gentle (she made me so comfortable throughout the whole appointment), and Dr. Gonzales was the most thorough provider I have ever seen! She went through each and every scan with me, explained what she was looking at, and asked me if I had any questions or concerns regarding the treatment plan.

Everyone exceeded my expectations and I left feeling very confident about my care moving forward!

This is gonna be a bit of IN DEPTH review: Before my first appointment, Brandi helped me navigate my dental insurance to understand my benefits and coverage so I would know my cost upfront unlike in medical offices where you get a surprising bill later. During my exam, Dr. Gonzales took the time to really explain things to me. There were some areas of concern but she did not make me feel bad about them at all. Instead, she discussed different ways to improve my dental health.

My past experience with numbing needles aren't that great but I literally didn’t feel a thing when Dr. Gonzales numbed me. . . I even got reversal numbing so that I could go straight to work after without looking like I went to a dental appt.

It normally takes a couple of hours for it to wear off on me but the reversal took 20-30 min and I was as good as new! The assistant was helpful and made sure I comfortable with the tools in my mouth especially with my difficulty breathing nasally. They showed me pictures of my cavity, before during and after so I could see the results of my treatment. I really appreciated the full transparency. They were extremely personable and we shared a couple laughs. Overall 10/10 highly recommend for people looking for a dentist who actually cares about your long term health not because she’s contracted with insurance companies and their treatment plans!

I have seen Dr. Gonzales a few times since becoming a patient, and have had great experiences with her every time. Dr. Abbey and her office really seem to care about their patients. Her office is welcoming and friendly and I always come away having learned something new about dental health!
