January: Mine was an Emergency visit. I was astonished that Dr. Modani could see me right away. We discussed my treatment and he was able to painlessly take care of my problem. I enjoyed meeting Keisha, the receptionist, and Jada, who assisted the dr. by taking my xrays. I will definitely return in the future.

March: Two months today Doctor's prediction came true. One of my wisdom teeth needed to come out. The root was exposed causing me great pain. The procedure was done so fast I didn't realize it was over. I was in shock that the Doctor extracted my tooth and I didn't feel tugging or anything. He's a gem and I'm lucky I found him! Thank you to Dr. M and his Team!

I had to get an emergency extraction and I was absolutely terrified and in horrific pain. All the women in the office today were so sweet, kind, and accomodating. I was really nervous and upset when I realized sedation wasn’t an option but they worked with me in a deeply sympathetic way to get everything done and I felt appreciated as a patient. Even without insurance it was affordable! When I can get on my husband’s insurance I will absolutely be going back to get the rest of the work I need done.

If you’re in need of emergency help and you need to get in fast, these folks know what they’re doing! Truly never had a better experience at the dentist’s office in my life, and I’m autistic, so that’s saying something. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend.

I am currently looking for a new dentist, since I am in a lot of pain with a molar at the moment. I thought all the reviews here were great and thought this would be the place for me. Unfortunately, as someone who works in customer service, front desk is the face of the office, they need to be professional and make the patient feel comfortable and welcomed. I did not feel that at all.

My mind changed about Opal as soon as the girl who answered the phone sounded like I was inconveniencing her. I wanted to make sure they took my insurance and I just got a sigh and her saying yes. Then I explained I'm in a lot of pain, but would be a new patient and she was not listening at all. Seemed like she was too occupied with the laughter that was happening around her.

Also online it says there are 4 slots open for this Saturday but she told me no they were booked until March 29th There are nicer ways of saying that. There was no care, no empathy in this girls tone. Please look into this because I'm probably not the only one whose mind has changed to use you guys because of poor service like that.

ended up here for an emergency extraction on a whim, and the experience was so good that i’m now planning on having all my dental work done here at Opal. everyone was very nice and accommodating, and they took me same day. the excruciating, throbbing pain is gone and i can finally sleep tonight. thank you Opal!
