Booked a last minute cleaning. Waited about an hour which was expected since they squeezed me in. The X-ray tech was friendly and patient. The lady who did my cleaning was also kind, personable and efficient.The Dr. came in and discussed my X-rays and I was done. The reception ladies were ok but as far as dental service very nice experience!

I just had the first part of my dental implant done with Dr. Katanov, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was very down-to-earth and made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the entire procedure. The staff was also great—friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this clinic while 27 weeks pregnant, and the Jewish male dentist was shockingly rude and aggressive—towards both me and my husband. We were simply asking questions and trying to understand if the root canal they were recommending posed any risk to our baby or if there were alternative options. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, he became irritable and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The wait time was ridiculous, and it seems like most of these positive reviews are completely fake.

Nothing about this place felt caring or trustworthy. The only good part of the visit was the nice lady who cleaned my teeth she was gentle and kind, and I truly appreciated her demeanor. But sadly, the overall experience left a very bad impression, especially during such a sensitive time like pregnancy. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values respectful communication or quality care.
