I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! After experiencing terrible dental care from another nearby business, I have been beyond happy switching to optimal dental. Dr. B and all of her staff are the nicest, most amazing, professional human beings. I always enjoy my visits there.

They are completely transparent with the care I need, including billing. I never feel like they are pushing me into buying things I don’t need. They also take the time explaining things in detail about my health as a whole, that other dentists have never even touched on. This is really one of the best dental practices I’ve ever been to and I’m so grateful I found them!

B is such a knowledgeable and experienced professional who knew exactly how to treat my condition and prevent it from worsening down the road. Overall amazing staff, office, and ambiance with good music to make my experience top notch. Highly recommend!!

Got the recommendation from my friend. Growing up always nervous and anxious going to the dentist. However I can’t brag enough about Optimum, from the time I made a phone call to make my first appointment Kim had been a saint answering my never ending questions and follow up questions plus asking for early appointment. And she did (actually) contacted me everytime there was a cancellation to see if my schedule would fit. Then, coming to my appointment, Andrea attentively helped me with all the procedures and understood my nervousness.

Not to mention that I got offered blanket etc to ease my anxiety. Dr Baldersen then explain everything I needed to know and my options thoroughly while at the same time finding me an appointment the day before Thanksgiving to do an oral surgery. Overall my experience had been 5 stars! Definitely recommend this dental office especially for those who have the same anxiety issue like me :).
