I booked an appointment online for my husband. We arrived early, paid for parking and attempted to go into the office. The door was locked and there were no lights on. No worries Maybe they are running late. Made several calls to the office.
Answering machine kept picking up. We waited 30 minutes and gave up. Either they need to change the hours on their website or they need to show up for work. So disappointed.

My first time here. The front desk was very kind and patient even though I was unorganized and didn't have my dental insurance on file. Didn't take long waiting like 10 min. The dental hygienist who serviced me was super thorough.
After she picked the plaque off, she checked with floss, then re picked if she still felt something. She did a perfect job even though I have braces which are much harder to clean. I will definitely continue to come here

TERRIBLE SERVICE,, I went in for my final visit for permanent crown. My initial visit I paid $631 and was told there was 0 balance, my provider would cover remaining balance “in which the receipt shows”. “Cause dentist seeing me was supposedly in network’I come in and to my surprise there was a balance for o $476 dollars and they told me I COULD NOT BE SEEN UNTIL THAT BALANCE IS PAID.
They told me that was the “remaining balance” my service provider didn’t pay. I proceed to contact my provider and I was told the young lady (Rhonda Habbal) was not in the network ( mind you she’s the only one whom did work besides the assistant yet on receipt it shows (Goran Kraij whom was in network) but did zero work) My provider informed me that the young lady Rhonda Habbal was not in network work nor did they have a tax ID for her but yet before any work was done they clearly told me everyone was in network at that location. I feel hussled I feel they knew this and just felt they would try to hussle me for more money on final visit.
BEWARE I REGRET EVER GOING HERE I WASTED MY TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE…

I just had THE BEST experience with Dr Krajl (pronounced Crawl) and his staff (Danielle, Jasmine and some others whose names I didn’t catch yet at Ora on South Michigan. ) I’m a First time patient and they were so Very welcoming when I walked in.
There’s a very comfortable waiting room and Dr Krajl took the time to explain a handful of dental options and then helped me pick the best one for me. If you are looking for a dentist who cares about you and your dental health and is kind and funny and has an office that rocks customer service, give Ora Dental Studio a try! You will not be sorry!
