Had the best experience at Ora! Was greeted by Juliana at the front desk with such a friendly smile and demeanor, which helped relax me before getting called in. The hygienist, Rachael, was so friendly and extremely thorough, I immediately scheduled with her for my next cleaning! Dr.
Matt and Alexis(the assistant) made me feel so comfortable and explained things to me every step of the way. So glad I came across this office and happy to call it my new dental home!

Great experience. I have been going to Dr. Schwartz for years. I recently damaged and loss the Veneer on one of my front teeth. She had it replaced in no time. WoW! Thanks Doc. Gregory V.

SKIP this place. They're awful professionals and just want your money. SURPRISE SURPRISE! I called to know how much a new patient exam was. The lady on the phone said she didn't know and that they were gonna call me back. Like why in the hell do you have a receptionist if they don't know the information they're dealing with? Whatever. Im having issues with one of my upper teeth, and I explained this when they called me back and they told me that the limited exam (just examining one side of my mouth. Yeah, dentists be scammers like this) was $129 and the full exam just $150. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and went. They made me fill out a form where they asked where I WORKED, how much money i make and if im happy with my smile. Lol. Just get the damn work done jesus christ. The receptionist was an asian lady with an attitude from the beginning. Not only they provided me with the wrong fees but also made me wait 30 damn minutes.
Mind you I had to take time off work for this. Sure. I thought: if the limited exam is $129 and the full one is $150, let's just do the $150. OH NO, SIKE. YOU THOUGHT - Now it's not $150, it's the x rays, yada yada yada, came up to $350? For a first time patient exam? INSANITY. WHAT? lol. Aaaand the $129 wasn't $129, it was actually $215 because they charge extra for 1 (ONE) x ray of 1 (ONE) side of your mouth. I was already there, took time off work, soooo sure. Whatever, let's get it done with. The dental assistant was a young lady who barely knew how to take the X ray's and my husband (3rd year dentistry student) had to keep telling her to retake them because she kept taking them wrong. Like ??? She had me biting this thing down for at least a good 5 - 10 minutes. It cannot be that hard. The doctor finally comes out after this whoooole thing, checks my teeth for 5 minutes and tells me there's nothing wrong other than a small cavity on the bottom part of my mouth.
She insists my pain is a 'bruised tooth' even though it persisted for 2 weeks now. Tells me THAT IF IM PLANNING TO GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY ANYTIME SOON, TO GET IT FIXED THERE. LOL. AND THAT WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK. OKAY MISS GIRL, IVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS BY A DOCTOR BEFORE. Imagine if you go to the gynecologist because you have pain, they dismiss what you're feeling and tell you to fix the problem when you go back to your country. Can you imagine this situation? Yeah. That's the healthcare system of America and this is how they're treating patients. I guess when they saw I was not going to budge to their initial cleaning for $147 and fluoride for another $200 or so, they just gave up and wanted to be over with me as soon as possible. I read other reviews and I gave the place a chance regardless. I shouldn't have. I'm still in pain and Im out of $215 - live and learn.

Average dental team. The requirement that you have annual X-rays is a money making scheme. Even the ADA recommends every 24 to 36 month. By the time you have had 65+ years of X-rays costing thousands of dollars and if you have no history or current problems you should be able to opt out. Health costs are unnecessarily excessive.
