Really outstanding service. Friendly, attentive, engaging and kind. Dr. Roderic is quite thorough and professional. The office is immaculate and contemporary with an impressive array of latest technology. EDIT : I'm still a loyal customer. Still a very friendly, professional staff. Still hygienic, well maintained office. .

. . But TODAY I came in with a broken tooth and I am beyond impressed. they were able to find time to get me in at a time that accommodated my busy work travel schedule. Upon arriving at ORA today I was greeted with superior treatment that I have come to expect. Moreover, they also offered and performed my routine exam/cleaning right then and there (saving me the trouble of returning for my scheduled appointment later this month). This is what top-notch service looks like! Above and beyond.

The process started innocently enough. I went to Dr. Karlj in October based on a friend recommendation. I went in for a cleaning and he noticed that I had a post put in but was missing the tooth and he said that he can do that service for me. Happily I obliged since I wouldn’t need to come back for another appointment. It took about 30 min, he took a mould of my mouth and said someone would reach out in about 3 weeks when the tooth arrives. I went to check out and bring a cash customer, was charged almost $4,000 for this. It seemed quite high but the process had already started so I went with it. Now let the hellish nightmare begin. Within 2 weeks or so, as I was going over all my insurance documents I realized I actually had dental insurance…obviously i was beyond excited. I submitted my insurance documents to the office via email as directed when I called them over the phone. I didn’t receive a response so after a week I called the office again to just confirm they have received my email.

I was told the office manager is out of the office and won’t be back until the next day. I called no less than 12 different occasions over the course of the following 2 weeks with absolutely no direct answers and the constant run around. Eventually I was able to get a hold of the “office manager” and was told they submitted the paperwork. I asked for confirmation or some type of evidence and was told they are unable to provide anything but to just “trust me. ” Fast forward to 3 months removed from the initial visit and I still have received any word about my insurance or my new tooth so I begin calling again. Numerous phone calls during regular business hours went unanswered and voicemails went unreturned. Emails to the office also went unanswered. After about 2 weeks of continuous follow ups, I was able to get the “office manager” to update me on the status of everything. I was told that they can’t submit an insurance claim until I have received the tooth. And the tooth has been delayed due to unknown reasons. I was eventually able to schedule an appointment for the tooth to be inserted the following week. Mind you this is now FIVE MONTHS from the first appointment (imagine going that long with a missing tooth!) I eagerly went in to get my tooth inserted only to find out that it DOESNT FIT! I was given some have assed reason and was told that someone would call me in 24-48 hours with further direction.

Well of course the time frame came and gone with no communication. At this point I was completely fed up and asked for a complete refund. I’ve been texting the “office manager” and they agreed immediately to issue me a refund. I expressed the urgency of the refund since it is A LOT of money. After several days had passed and I still didn’t receive the refund (is anyone surprised at this point), I contacted them only to be given the run around. “Refunds take time because they go thru our main office”. Then “our accountant needs to review and approve it” blah blah blah. It has been over a month now and I still haven’t received the refund. So this whole process has taken almost 6 months, I’m out almost $4,000 and I still have a missing tooth. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

This dental office, by far, is the best! The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is beautiful, and Dr. dela Cruz really takes the time with his patients to make sure they are comfortable and educated about their teeth.

Vaish and Sri are excellent hygienists, Samantha at the front welcomes you with a smile and is willing to always help! Emily, Armon and Jasmine in the back work fast to make sure everything runs smoothly. Love this place and the people there!

Absolute con artist. Claimed I need Invisalign treatment when I absolutely do not need it. Make my perfectly aligned teeth crowded and cause me to have bone loss, gum recession, TMJ, and occlusion problem.

Working with legal consul to sue this practice and this doctor now. Do your research and look this practice up, the lawyer said he have several clients came to him consulting about potential malpractice sue against this place.
