My family and I been coming here for years and have always been a big fan of Dr. Ora and the establishment but I am now looking for a new dentist. I made an”emergency” appointment because I needed to get in fast and they told me they were more then a month out. I get it the worlds messed up right now.

I said ok no problem and took the appointment. A week before I got my postcard in the mail reminding me of my appointment at 12:00. The day of my appointment comes and I get a call at 11:00 saying I missed my appointment and that to get my urgent issue addressed I would need to reschedule another month out but it’s okay because I can still get a teeth cleaning that day… I have the post card to prove my appointment time and the receptionist said she doesn’t care… I do not like a “family” business having no regards for my health and well being.

Our family has been going to Dr. Ora for a few years now. I have high anxiety with any dental work, and Dr. Ora is always patient and kind. He and the office staff are all so wonderful. My kids are comfortable at visits too, which is a big plus.

I saw Dr. Ora for the first time today - I am an extremely fearful patient due to previous bad experiences throughout the years with other dentists & because of that, I've avoided the dentist for far too long. I had a tooth crack & knew I needed to go in. I picked Dr. Ora based off of all of the reviews & i was NOT disappointed. He has THE best bedside manner I've ever experienced in dental care.

He was kind & compassionate the entire way through & never made me feel ashamed & even had me laughing a couple times. He took his time to walk me through everything & I can tell he genuinely cares. His staff was also wonderful & easy to work with. While I'm nervous to go back (per usual), for the first time EVER I'm not completely dreading having to go back. Thank you Dr. Ora!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ora and his entire staff. From the very first phone call thru the end of the visit, all the staff was so friendly and compassionate. I had to bring my son in due to some really bad tooth pain. Not only did they get him in the same day I called, they corrected the issue at that appointment.

They communicated everything they were doing to my son so he wasn’t taken off guard by anything. They truly went above and beyond and I have a feeling they are like that with all their patients. I scheduled the rest of my family of 6 for appointments and that went well too. So thankful for this dental office!
