Do not get a crown here! My crown fell off after a few years and they don’t guarantee their work. Wanted to charge $150 to put it back on. Other places will guarantee their crowns!!!

I’ve been in two times for crowns and had a good experience. The Dr is detailed, mild mannered and overall great to work with. The office manager/receptionist is great with communication and pleasant to interact with. I will be going back for anything else I might need.

Avoid this dentist at ALL COSTS!! Especially if you’re not white. I went in a few years ago for a root canal, which wasn’t completed correctly. I was treated like I was in the wrong for complaining about pain still, after an x ray Dr Day took my concern more serious and it still wasn’t corrected. I had to have a tooth pulled and brackets on my bottom teeth, which fell off after a week.

I recently was served to be sued for non payment due to his billing company which had numerous issues taking payment making it seem as I wasn’t paying when I was. I’m not the only person who experienced billing issues. Dr Day was also asking me if I wanted to change my bite, I asked if there was something medically wrong with my bite to which he said ‘I guess not, your just not European so. .

I guess that’s why your bite is different’ I felt that was inappropriate, but in Utah micro aggressions are to be expected apparently even tho I’m born and raised here for 34years. I was forced to file bankruptcy since they waited years to sue me, preventing me from filing a counter suit for mal practice. Go anywhere else!!
